Most quick weight loss schemes are a waste of money, time and energy. The diet industry is costing us millions of dollars every year and making us fatter.

The industry does not have our best interests at heart. They want us to be fat, so that we will keep giving them our hard earned money.

If you've tried all of these things and are still unsuccessful, then the answer is simple. You need to increase your level of physical activity and slightly decrease your caloric intake. But, please remember to avoid those quick weight loss diets. They are simply self-defeating.
